What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at FM 3351 in Kendall County, TX on April 19th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:10 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 28-year-old New Braunfels man was reportedly headed northbound on FM 3351 when it lost traction due to wet roads. It then lost control and overturned across both directions of travel. An approaching Toyota Sienna was unable to stop in time to avoid a collision and struck the truck. The driver of the Sienna was not injured. The New Braunfels man was seriously injured and cited for Ride, Not Secured By Safety Belt.
