Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at FM 677 in Montague County, TX in November 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:43 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 29-year-old Bruneyville, OK man was headed southbound on FM 677 when it went straight at a curve and veered left. The truck went into a clockwise spin and overturned into an electrical pole and fence. Responding officers allege they were told by the driver that the vehicle may have had mechanical issues prior to the crash. The driver suffered serious injuries in the crash.
