Area authorities are investigating a crash that left a driver injured at I-10 in Gonzales County, TX on September 14th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:55 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 56-year-old driver who was not publicly identified was westbound before veering from the road into a shoulder. From there, police say the truck struck a legally parked, unoccupied Ford Escape in the shoulder before overturned into a barrow ditch. The truck operator was seriously injured, police say.
