Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at I-14 and Dogridge Rd in Belton, TX on December 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 6:34 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Econoline van collided with a tractor-trailer. Reports say the tractor-trailer was in the process of performing a turn from a driveway onto the I-14 service road before the collision. Reports further state the area was dark and the weather was rainy at the time, factors that may have played a part in the crash. The crash is said to have seriously injured the driver of the van, a 63-year-old man who was not publicly identified.
