Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a driver at I-35 and Premier Pkwy in San Marcos, TX on October 6th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:46 p.m. According to investigators, a BMW Z4 is alleged to have been headed southwest before colliding with a parked, unoccupied Volkswagen Passat.
