What Happened

Authorities in Dallas, TX, are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred at the intersection of S Malcolm X Boulevard and Tanner Street. An unknown vehicle was turning left from northwest-bound S Malcolm X onto Tanner Street when it failed to yield the right of way and was struck by a southeast-bound Can-Am Ryker motorcycle.. The motorcycle driver reported that the unknown vehicle turned in front of him and then abruptly stopped in his lane. The unknown vehicle allegedly fled the scene without providing information or rendering aid. The investigation is incomplete pending identification of the fleeing vehicle and driver.
