What Happened

Authorities have information on an incident at Oleander Dr and Moorefield Rd in Mission, TX on January 1st, 2024. Police say it happened around 7:26 a.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram was exiting a private driveway as two individuals were allegedly sitting on the tailgate of the rear of the truck. As the truck turned, reports say one of the individuals before out of the truck, suffering serious injuries as a result. Police allege the driver, who was not publicly identified, displayed signs of intoxication and sources indicate an Intoxication Assault charge was recommended and/or issued.
