Authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least one person at Pearl St and Live Oak St in Dallas, TX on June 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 11:18 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Durango was eastbound on Pearl St before traveling over a curb and colliding with an individual walking their dog on the sidewalk nearby. The individual, a 28-year-old Dallas man who was not publicly identified, was seriously injured, reports say. Reports also say that following the collision, the Dodge allegedly fled the scene and authorities allege the 30-year-old operator was under the influence of alcohol.
