Area authorities are investigating a crash at Story Rd and Century Center Blvd in Irving, TX on June 16th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:33 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Corolla operated by a 31-year-old Grapevine man was headed northeast before veering from the road for unclear reasons. It is said to have struck rocks, causing the vehicle to travel into the air before landing and overturning several times. The driver was ejected from the vehicle and suffered suspected serious injuries. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment and authorities recommended and/or issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
