Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at TX 349 in Upton County, TX on January 5th, 2022. Police are saying the incident happened around 4:25 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 47-year-old Ozona, TX man is said to have been headed southbound on TX 349 and was approaching a private drive. The truck began to make a right hand turn at a speed investigators believe to be unsafe, causing the truck to overturn. The driver suffered serious injuries and was charged with Unsafe Speed.
