Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at US 271 in Lamar County, TX on April 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:18 p.m. According to investigators, a commercial truck operated by a 75-year-old Eagletown, OK man was attempting to cross north onto US 271 when it allegedly failed to yield right-of-way from a stop sign and collided with a Nissan Altima operated by a 72-year-old Valliant, OJ man, who suffered minor injuries. The other driver was not injured and was cited for Failure to Yield Row.
