Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at US 277 in Jones County, TX on April 25th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:28 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 38-year-old male was traveling southbound on US 277 when it lost control while taking a curve. It then over corrected to the left before hitting a road sign. The attached trailer overturned striking a power line pole. The truck overturned, ejecting the man, causing serious injuries.
