Police say the incident happened around 8:10 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 22-year-old Orlando, FL man was northbound before veering from the road for unknown reasons. Official stay the vehicle traveling into an improved shoulder before losing control while attempting to return to the roadway. From there, police say the vehicle entered into a bar ditch and struck a concrete barrier, rolling onto its side as a result. Authorities say the crash left the man with serious injuries and had no additional information available.
