Authorities in Hudspeth County, TX, are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on December 14, 2024, at approximately 1:00 a.m. on the entrance ramp to Interstate 10. A  Mazda Protegé failed to control its speed and rear-ended a Chrysler Pacifica. The 21-year-old driver of the Mazda was cited for failure to control speed and sustained a possible injury. A 24-year-old passenger in the Mazda sustained suspected serious injuries. The 54-year-old driver of the Chrysler was uninjured. Speeding was identified as a contributing factor. The investigation is complete.
