Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at Mile 6 Rd and Edinburg Ave in Elsa, TX on October 10th, 2022. Polices say the incident happened around 7 a.m. Investigators say an Acura MDX operated by an unidentified 22-year-old Weslaco man was headed northbound on Mile 6 West Rd when it allegedly failed to control its speed and collided with a Chevrolet Colorado operated by a 42-year-old Weslaco man. Police say the 22-year-old Weslaco man was not injured while the 42-year-old Weslaco man had serious injures. Additional information was not immediately available.
