Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a man at Dyer St and Angora Loop in El Paso, TX on October 2nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around midnight.Investigators say a Hyundai lost control while headed northbound on Dyer. The vehicle is said to have veered into a shoulder and struck a parked commercial truck that was exiting a business lot. The truck was sat waiting for an occupant of the truck as he closed a gate at the business. Police say the occupant, the 32-year-old son of the truck operator, ran back towards the truck as the Hyundai approached and was pulled by the operator before his legs were struck in the collision. Police say the man was seriously injured while there were no other reported injuries. Additional information was not available.
