Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a man at Marbach Rd and Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX on April 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:47 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Fiesta operated by 41-year-old Ellison Johnson was headed eastbound on Marbach Rd when it collided with a pedestrian attempting to cross the street. Police say a witness alleges the vehicle failed to stop and render aid and left the scene. The pedestrian, a 41-year-old San Antonio man, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Reports indicate Johnson was charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid and DWI.
