A 2016 GMC Sierra traveling north struck a 41-year-old male pedestrian who failed to yield the right of way while crossing outside a designated crosswalk. The pedestrian sustained suspected serious injuries and was found to have been drinking at the time of the incident. The 41-year-old male driver of the GMC Sierra was uninjured, and no charges were filed against him.
