What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a pedestrian accident that injured a man at South Zarzamora St in San Antonio, TX on April 24th, 2022. Police say it happened around 3 a.m. An unidentified male pedestrian was headed westbound on Buena Vista St while crossing the crosswalk for South Zarzamora St when he was struck by a  vehicle. He was taken to an area hospital in serious condition. The vehicle involved fled the scene and police say the driver will be charged with failure to stop and render aid.
