Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at FM 1887 in Waller County, TX on August 30th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:22 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-250 headed southbound on FM 1887 is alleged to have lost control at a curve before leaving the roadway while attempting to correct itself. In the process, reports say the vehicle went into a skid, traveling into a ditch and embankment before ejecting a passenger from the vehicle. The passenger, only identified as a 51-year-old man, was fatally injured. The driver, age 41, was allegedly uninjured. Additional information was not available.
