Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that killed a man at I-10 in Van Horn, TX on April 20th, 2022. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer was traveling westbound on I-10 when it lost control. Officials believe the driver may have been reaching for something that fell to the floor inside the truck prior to losing control. The truck veered across center median cables before hitting an overpass barrier and landing in a shoulder.
