Police say the incident happened around 5:56 a.m. According to investigators, the collision involved a concrete truck colliding with a Honda Civic operated by 37-year-old Luis Miguel Cantu. Police say the truck disregarded the posted stop sign and attempted evasive action prior to the collision, which resulted in the truck rolling on top of the Honda. Cantu suffered fatal injuries in the accident
