San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Palo Alto Rd and Zarzamora St in San Antonio, TX on February 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. A passenger vehicle operated by an unidentified 39-year-old man reportedly veered from a wet roadway and went down a grass embankment under unclear circumstances.The driver was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from.
