Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at US Hwy 90 in Harris County, TX on August 21st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. A Ford F-150 traveling at a high rate of speed lost a back tire, causing it to lose control.
