Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-69 and Westpark Dr in Houston, TX on November 10th, 2024. Police say the incident happened when a sedan using an exit ramp struck an individual who was allegedly crossing a lane of travel. The impact from the collision is said to have pushed the pedestrian onto the nearby service road where they were struck by an SUV that fled the scene.
