El Paso Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at North Mesa St in El Paso, TX on December 3rd, 2021. Officials are saying it happened around 8:30 p.m near the King's X Bar. The pedestrian involved is said to have been attempting to cross the street outside a crosswalk in an area without a street light before being struck by a vehicle.
