Harris County Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at  TX 249 in Harris County, TX on November 29th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. An unidentified pedestrian was stuck by a passing vehicle while standing near or crossing State Hwy 249. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
