What Happened

Killeen Police are investigating a crash that killed a man and injured three others at Elms Rd in Killeen, TX on July 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 a.m. A Dodge Charger traveling at a high rate of speed was being pursued by police when it lost control and crashed into the side of a Chevy Equinox. The Equinox then collided with a Chevy pickup truck, causing the driver of the Equinox fatal injuries. Two occupants in the Charger and the driver of the pickup truck were both hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
