El Paso Police identified the person killed in a collision at Gateway North Blvd in El Paso, TX on July 30th, 2023. Police say it happened around 5:22 a.m. and named 34-year-old Manuel Alejandro Gonzalez as the victim. Authorities allege a Ford Raptor operated by Gonzalez was traveling southeast before proceeding into the intersection with Kenworthy Street.
