What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-30 in Greenville, TX on February 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:55 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 32-year-old Dallas man is said to have merged into a middle lane of I-30 before allegedly attempting to make a right turn into a private drive. Police say the action caused a Honda CR-V operated by 29-year-old Manuel Carrillo to collide with the rear of the truck while swerving to avoid a collision. Carrillo suffered minor injuries in the collision. Additional information was not immediately available.
