Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at 4th St and Broadway Ave in Tyler, TX on May 27th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 12:34 p.m. A commercial truck operated by a 24-year-old Tyler man reportedly performed an unsafe lane change and collided with the side of a GMC Acadia operated by 25-year-old Marabditd Jasso. Jasso suffered minor injuries in the crash. The Tyler man was charged with making an Unsafe Lane Change.
