Police are investigating a crash that injured at least one person involved at I-10 in Seguin, TX on August 10th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:19 a.m. According to investigators, a BMW X2 was eastbound before allegedly failing to control its speed and colliding with a GMC Sierra in traffic. Reports say 56-year-old GMC passenger, Maria Acevedo, was seriously injured. Reports also say both drivers, neither publicly identified, were allegedly uninjured. A Failure to Control Speed charge was recommended and/or issued against the driver of the BMW.
