Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Col Rowe Blvd in McAllen, TX on January 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:38 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Edge operated by a 72-year-old Mission woman was headed southbound on S Col Rowe Blvd when to collided with an Acura MDX at the intersection with Wichita Ave. Officers say both drivers claimed to have a green light at the time of the crash. The Mission woman and her passenger were evaluated for possible injuries. 73-year-old Acura driver, Peter Kirkham, was evaluated for possible injuries. 73-year-old passenger, Maria Isabel Kirkham, suffered serious injuries.
