Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-45 in Montgomery County, TX on August 2nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:40 p.m. According to investigators, a BMW 535 operated by 54-year-old Maria Noriega was headed eastbound on Sawdust Rd before entering into an intersection and colliding with a Dodge Ram 1500. It was alleged by authorities one of the vehicles may have run a red light before the collision, which left Noriega with suspected serious injuries. Officials say there were no other reported injuries.
