What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed at least one person at West Division St in Arlington, TX on November 20th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:08 a.m. Officials say a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado operated by 44-year-old Guerrero Madrid Salgado was involved in a collision with a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. It has been alleged the 2011 Silverado veered into the eastbound lanes before colliding with the oncoming 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the 2001 Silverado, identified as 75-year-old Marianne Dodd Brown, was killed. Salgado was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Reports allege a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter was issued against Salgado. Additional information was not immediately available.
