Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a person at Amarillo Blvd in Amarillo, TX on June 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:42 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 30-year-old Maplewood, MN man reportedly failed to yield during a turn. As a result, a motorcycle operated by 47-year-old Mario Alberto Dominguez to lay to the side to avoid a collision, causing him minor injuries. The Maplewood man was charged with Failure to Yield.
