What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at TX 360 in Arlington, TX on September 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:44 p.m. A Toyota Tundra operated 36-year-old Christopher Robinson was reportedly traveling at a high rate of s speed when the brakes on the truck allegedly locked up, causing it to lose control. It then collided with a GMC Envoy operated by 36-year-old Mario Guzman Vega, pushing it into a third vehicle. Guzman suffered serious injuries while neither Robinson nor the other driver were injured. Robinson was charged with Intoxication Assault.
