Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Bailey Ave in Brazoria County, TX on April 12th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:15 p.m. According to investigators, a Buick Lacrosse headed southbound is alleged to have failed to yield before making an eastbound turn and colliding with a Lexus NX.  Authorities say the driver of the Lexus, identified as 52-year-old Mark Guerra, was seriously injured. The driver of the Buick Lacrosse, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured. Additional information was not immediately available.
