What Happened

Authorities in San Antonio, TX, are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred on November 10, 2024, at approximately 3:35 a.m. on the Interstate 410 service road near State Highway 151. A  Hyundai Elantra, allegedly driven by a 37-year-old male, lost control due to driver inattention, overturned, and sustained significant damage. The driver, identified as Mark Gutierrez Ardila,  sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved. Contributing factors included driver inattention.
