Waco Police are investigating a crash that killed one person involved at North 20th and Colcord in Waco, TX on January 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:22 a.m and involved a pair of vehicles colliding. Police allege 24-year-old Mario Rocha Jr was involved and sources indicate was charged with failure to stop and render aid following the crash.
