Police say the incident happened around 4:16 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Fusion operated by a 35-year-old man is alleged to have failed to yield while exiting a private driveway, traveling into the path of an approaching Chevrolet Tahoe. The two vehicles collided, leaving the driver of the Tahoe, identified as 43-year-old Marsha Robertson, with suspected serious injuries. Police allege the driver of the Ford may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and have recommended and/or issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
