State Police have confirmed the death of a driver in a crash at State Hwy 135 near Arp, TX on April 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4:12 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle occupied by 65-year-old Mary V Shoemaker reportedly veered into oncoming traffic and collided with a semi-truck operated by 60-year-old Marlow Charlton. Shoemaker's vehicle traveled under the truck in the impact and the collision caused fatal injuries. Charlton was hospitalized for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
