Police say the incident happened around 7:58 p.m. A Ford F-Series truck headed eastbound on US 380 is said to have veered from its lane and crashed into a Chevrolet truck parked in a right shoulder. The driver of the Ford, 51-year-old Matthew Baycroft, suffered serious injuries and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
