El Paso Police have identified the person killed in a two-vehicle accident at East Paisano Dr and El Paso Dr in El Paso, TX on November 17th, 2023. Officials say it happened around 11:30 p.m. and named 28-year-old Mauricio Miranda as the victim. According to sources, a motorcycle operated by Miranda may have run a red traffic signal prior to colliding with a Dodge Ram operated by 46-year-old Juan Antonio Lujan Cruz.
