Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 176 in Andrews County, TX on July 6th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:04 p.m. A Toyota Camry operated by 23-year-old Meagan Hope Young reportedly failed to yield at a stop sign intersection and was struck by a Dodge Ram 1500 operated by 44-year-old Rene Alberto Burciaga. Young suffered serious injuries after the Camry veered into a ditch. Burciaga was not injured and was charged with Intoxication Assault.
