Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Palestine St in Athens, TX on April 22nd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:48 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 is alleged ti have failed to yield while turning left before colliding with a Chevrolet Traverse. Reports indicate the driver of the Traverse, identified as 47-year-old Megan Dunn, was seriously injured. The other driver was not publicly identified and allegedly uninjured. Sources indicate a Failure to Yield charge was recommended and/or issued against the driver of the Ford.
