Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at County Rd 245 in Williamson County, TX on August 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:24 a.m. Investigators say a GMC Sierra operated by 37-year-old Randal Munoz was headed northbound on County Rd 245 approaching a curve in the road when it veered left. The vehicle crashed head-on into a tree, leaving 50-year-old passenger, Michael Bower, with fatal injuries. A second passenger, identified as 38-year-old David Cain, suffered serious injuries. Munoz suffered minor injuries and arrested on an Intoxication Manslaughter charge.
