What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Broadway St in Alamo Heights, TX on May 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 operated by William Nester Bader was headed eastbound on Patterson when it collided with a Jeep Cherokee headed northbound on Broadway. Police say witnesses advised them the Ford fled the scene after briefly stopping while the Jeep driver, identified as 57-year-old Michael Young, suffered minor injuries. Bader was later located and reports indicate Intoxication Assault and Accident Involving Personal Injury or Death were both recommended and/or issued.
