Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 66 in Rockwall, TX on December 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 9:40 p.m. Investigators are saying a Toyota Avalon operated by 31-year-old Michael Garrison was involved in a collision with two other vehicles. Reports allege the Toyota collided with the rear of a Honda previously stopped for a red light that had recently turned green. The impact is said to have caused the Honda to strike a Ford F-150 ahead. Police say the Honda operator and a passenger had possible injuries while Garrison was seriously injured.
