Officials are investigating a crash that injured at least one person at I-20 in Taylor County, TX on October 7th, 2024. Officials say the incident happened around 1:21 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado was approaching a pair of disabled vehicles in eastbound lane, in low light conditions. Officials say the vehicle collided with the towed unit of one vehicle before becoming jackknifed as it was struck by an approaching vehicle. Officials say the a 52-year-old passenger in the Chevrolet and its 55-year-old driver, Michael Hamilton, were seriously injured. Additional information was not available.
